K-10 Symptom Scale

"We offer a 10 item symptom scale. We keep no record of the test, the results, or of your identity.

You can use the results to compare yourself with other people in the population which will give you some idea how much anxiety and depression is interfering with your life. Alternatively you could use the test to measure progress. Take the test and print off the scores, then put into practice the advice given on these self-help pages and a month later contact www.AforAnxiety.com and take the test again to see if you have improved. If self-help is working for you that is great, if it isn't then perhaps you should see your doctor."
