Terms Of Licence

Each copy of the CIDI-Auto is licensed to a nominated clinician or researcher who is free to make multiple copies for use within their facility or across sites for a multi-site study. If purchased by an organization the licence remains the property of that organization and the licensee can be changed by notifying our record department. The licensee is identified to the patient on the self-administered version as the person responsible for both the privacy of the data collected and for the uses made of the data. The purchaser indemnifies the World Health Organization and its Collaborating Centre against any actions arising out of the uses of the CIDI-Auto. The CIDI-Auto should not be copied for situations where the licensee cannot be responsible for the data. The CIDI-Auto cannot be sold to a third party, nor can it be used over the internet without the specific authorization of the CIDI Training and Reference Centre in Sydney.
