We offer a 10 item symptom scale. We keep no record of the test, of the results, or of your identity.
You can use the results to compare yourself with other people in the population which will give you some idea how much anxiety and depression is interfering with your life. Alternatively you could use the test to measure progress.
Take the test, print off the scores, and keep them for reference. Then put into practice the advice given on our self-help pages. A month later come back and take the test again to see if you have improved. If self-help is working for you then that is great, but if it isn't then perhaps you should see your doctor.
